TIR-Learner model cannot be loaded using current BioContainers Docker images (EDTA 2.2.0, 2.2.2 and 2.3.0)

I am testing the official BioContainers Docker images recommended in the EDTA documentation and found that the TIR-Learner component cannot be executed successfully. I tested three different EDTA versions and observed different failures, all related to loading the CNN model used by TIR-Learner.

Is there a BioContainers Docker image currently recommended that contains a working TIR-Learner installation?

Or is there a planned update to make TIR-Learner compatible with the current TensorFlow/Keras versions distributed in the BioContainers images?
