Clear payment send form after the payment is sent

After a user sends a payment:

• The form should be cleared
• The payment should show up in a temporary "Recently Sent" list
• The send form should temporarily be replaced with a "Payment Sent" message and an OK button.
• Only after hitting OK should the send form (now cleared) come back.
