Add resistance when reaching the edge of another window

When using the native MacOS functionality to arrange & resize windows there is some "resistance" when the edge of the window reaches the parallel or co-linear edge of an adjacent window. This makes it easier to get everything arranged tidily. It would be great if SwiftShift had a similar affordance.

That's a cool feature, I'm not sure if I'll implement this soon but I'll leave it open for the future. I'm open to PRs too 👀
