This project is not being actively worked on. However, there is a dependency between this project and hashicorp/packer, including a range of related, open issues.

Unless a maintainer (#38) steps in, this project must be sunset. Strategies include:

• open a PR to the Packer project including the contents of this project
• archive/delete from GitHub in order to stimulate a rewrite by Packer developers

Excellent, thank you. I do not suggest a mr as it will prolong this misery. I would also argue this mr is not the proper way of doing this task. Overly complex, making an archive and uploading would be my preference.
