In pyPRMS the requirements to include poi_gage_id, poi_gage_segment, and poi_type as required parameters now includes csvON_OFF > 0. If this control variable is not in the master control file or is set to zero then the POI-related parameters will be removed during extraction which means extractions will no longer include POIs.
