evtsys v 4.5.1 does not start on Windows Server 2016 #104

Hi,
the error is

I tried to edit the registry
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control]
"ServicesPipeTimeout"=dword:00001770

But this solution does not help. Has anyone solved this problem?
Pleas help.
