A few ratings are missing in the ICLR2026.json file

The ICLR2026.json file has about 3400 entries without ratings, but some of them have been reviewed. For example, the paper "On quantizing the state of the Muon optimizer" has been reviewed, but its ratings are missing from the JSON file. I believe you may have run the crawler a bit too early, before all the reviews were released.

Hi @bitsandscraps thanks for using papercopilot. I updated the score ealier today. It seems openreview still not all the score are released. The next scheduled updates should be in several hours, please check again later today.
