Make Progress Indicator appear only when needed and with more contrasting color

To increase visual feedback about the state of the system:

• When the Identify or Download overlay appears, the progress indicator should be invisible (same color as background color)
• If the Refresh button is clicked, the progress indicator should remain hidden.
• Only when a module is positively targeted (either automatically or by user's manual selection) the progress indicator should appear in its light blue (0% state).
• Please make the light blue (empty area) a little lighter so that the dark blue (filled area) is a little more contrasting (eye catching).
