SimpleIDE: Install of simple IDE on Ubuntu reports "The package is of bad quality."

A) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download simple-ide_1-0-1-rci1_amd64.deb
  2. Install on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS

B) What is the expected and actual behavior (output)?

I expected that the package would install normally,
but Ubuntu says, "The package is of bad quality"
