I would absolutely love it if somebody from the litep2p team would sign up and come give an update talk on the status of litep2p and your roadmap. I know lots of people in the broader libp2p community are curious about your project and where it is going.

Talk Agenda

• 10am - Intro and Welcome
• 10:30am - ProbeLab Update and Demo
• 11am - Recent work on nim-libp2p
• 11:30am - Introduction to the new and improved interop testing framework
• 12pm - break
• 12:30 - GossipSub Scaling. Can we handle thousands of messages?

Meetup Agenda

• 1pm - 4pm GossipSub Scaling Meetup (Unconference Style)
• 1pm - 4pm Universal Connectivity Workshop with py-libp2p

Hi @dhuseby and thanks for the invitation!

I agree that bringing more transparency in litep2p development would be good for the community. Not sure about @lexnv, but, unfortunately, I won't have time to prepare a talk until the 18th.

If there are other (preferably online) libp2p events where litep2p may be of interest, can you give a longer notice? I can't promise anything, but I will try to prepare an update on the status of litep2p.

Absolutely. My apologies that I didn't give you more lead time. Sometimes I forget that the topics we discuss in our community calls don't reach everybody in the libp2p community.

One option would be to have you record a talk on your laptop. There's a lot of people not able to attend DevConnect so I opened up libp2p Day to virtual talk recordings that I'll include in the Youtube playlist when I publish them in December. So as long as you can get me a talk recording before December 15th, I can include it. There's no length requirement, I'll take any content as long as it is "libp2p related" so anything litep2p meets that requirement.
