Compass - audit new examples/demos related to Compass additions #12114

Describe the enhancement or change
We should ensure new examples/demos make sense and have content verbiage that helps describe the purpose of the example (stemming from discussion around the new plain/transparent styling examples that aren't clear at first what they're showcasing). Will need to ping Erin for review or help on these.
We also should add verbiage to the fullscreen docked nav Page demo added in #12175
Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?
