[Feature Request]: Quantum versions of ExtendedAE's machines #246

Describe the Suggestion
Adding Quantum Circuit Slicers and Quantum Crystal Assemblers. These 2 machines should be able to process all resources simultaneously.
These should probably be very expensive (requiring quantum computer core)?

As players progress through modpacks they craft larger and larger ME storage components, each of these components require 3 of the previous component and some processor. Crafting 20 256M cells is not that uncommon, however this does require processing over 2 million gold/diamond/certus/silicon blocks; AE2 machines do not follow the normal Minecraft ticks which means tick acceleration is impossible.
This would be extremely useful for server performance and player time, replacing dozens of machines and pattern providers. The machines accept a near infinite amount of resources (yay, another implementation of large inventories) , calculates the maximum it can craft, and doing it all in 1 fell swoop,
