No, I did not modify the egg

Expected Behavior

If use a version with not builds or latest target a version with not build the system notice that and warn the user or in the case of latest skip to next version

Actual Behavior

The server just download a empty file and fails to start.

Steps To Reproduce

Use Velocity egg with latest version currently that points to 4.0.0 (0 builds) rather than 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT (a few builds)
