Support for non-boolean "thinking" flag

Currently (as in v. 0.3.3), "thinking" is a boolean flag. However, GPT-OSS "thinking" support is not a boolean value, but: "low", "medium", or "high" (per Ollama's docs.)

If you think this is a good idea, I'll be more than happy to try to implement this, under your guidance.

Yeah indeed it would be a good idea. Feel free to try to implement it. I think an enum would be a good idea, something like this

Think::Boolean(true/false)
Think::Low
Think::Medium
Think::High

that get encoded correctly into true/false or "low"/"medium"/"high"

Also you should specify in the Low/Medium/High variants that it currently only works for GPT-OSS as said in the Ollama documentation
