Set of continuous functions not a Hilbert Space (?) #4

@AnanyaKumar

Description

@AnanyaKumar

So this $\sH$ is not a RKHS.

Might be worth clarifying that the set of square integrable continuous functions is not even a Hilbert space (since it's not complete, therefore immediately not an RKHS), but this non-example is illustrative. I can make a PR if helpful.
