Installed Correctly but Does Not Work (Mac El Capitan + Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit))

Greetings,

Ran both commands without error however, when launching Terminal in Chrome, I still receive the ** Important Message ** about installing the Native Messaging API.

Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6
Chrome Browser Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit)

Sidenote: I use iTerm & Zsh however, I also attempted to install NMAPI using Mac Terminal - same result.
