Profiles disappearing?

I'm using 2.12.0.0 on my laptop. I've noticed that, when Windows first starts up, OGCS launches but is missing one or more of the profiles that I set up (today, it only has one of the four that I use). Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? Or something else?

You're definitely saving your configuration before closing OGCS?

Did you use previous versions of OGCS with multiple Profiles? Is this a new problem?

I just tested it - making sure to click the "save" button. When I put the computer to sleep, the profiles were all there when I woke it up. But the problem recurred when I restarted the computer (I have OCGS set to start up with the computer) - 3 of the 4 profiles were gone. I'm a relatively new user to OGCS. I can't recall if it happened with the prior version, or if it started when I updated it to 2.12. Let me know if you'd like me to test anything else.
