Node degrees

Hello,

I’m currently working on a combined PPI and interface prediction project and plan to use your Pinder dataset. However, I’ve encountered an issue: the node degrees aren’t included in the GitHub data.

My Pinder-data pipeline has been running for several days now, and it doesn’t seem close to completion. Given this, I was wondering if you might have the node degrees stored somewhere else and could share them with me.
