[Bug]: Context filled way too fast, making this unusable

Steps to reproduce

I have a small chrome extension project, I made a PR and I asked to fix the PR but it filled the context almost inmediatly

Here we can see that the code besdies node_modules is quite "normal" on size

But if we see the the context just to make a simple query "Fix this PR" which has a couple of lines of code, the context is showing as full

Expected behavior

Show the right context, or at least not use so much token

Actual behavior

Not clear, but it seems more a UI issue rather than real context because there is no way that use so much token

Blocks work completely
