Provide sync functions for search and order

Provide sync functions for Data API search and Orders API create/wait/download functions. Include some way to track usage vs async functions.

@jreiberkyle if the project is going to strictly follow semantic versioning, it can't add new functions at 2.0.1. 2.1.0 would be okay.
