What new features do you want?

p老师，请问能不能为pca添加一个功能：对carpet指令权限的管理，想要让carpet兼容luckperms的权限管理，但是翻遍全网都没找到
就是想要为某一个玩家开启使用某一个指令的权限
不通过luckperms实现也行
麻烦您了
请适配所有版本
