Remove convenience script dwi_masking.sh

GPU usage does not seem to need LD_LIBRARY_PATH setting off envs/dmri_seg/lib. It could be because the workstation already has CUDA-12.2 installed at system level.

In any case, monitor this and remove if appropriate.
