Site for navigating and finding samples

• Creation of a new site for displaying the samples. e.g. like Script Samples, Web part Samples
• Links to Solution Gallery, Copilot Connectors site
• Automated updates based on new PR submissions
• Must feed into Sample Solution Gallery
• Clarity Enabled - No Cookies
• Use the sample.json for sample filters
• Ensure samples can distinguish between TypeSpec and JSON formats
• Indicate if the sample includes actions and authentication
• Ensure a link from PnP Main Site to this repository
• Must be indexible by Search Engines (SEO)

QQ: Do we have a preference for which static site generator to use? currently afaik, PnP Uses, DocFx, MKDocs and Hugo.

I don't have a preference, but wouldn't it be better to just re-use what Hugo has implemented to be consistent across the repos?
