"Can't find card-tools" - I have tried everything

Step 1:
I installed search-card via HACS:

Step 2:
I added a reference to search-card/search-card.js inside my ui-lovelace.yaml:

Step 3:
I added the resource to settings -> dashboards -> 3 dots -> resources
I tried referencing it both via:
/hacsfiles/search-card/search-card.js?hacstag=197759180066839
and
/homeassistant/www/community/search-card/search-card.js

Step 4:
I checked to make sure that search-card.js was indeed installed in www/community/search-card/

Step 5:
I restarted Home Assistant
I cleared cache in Safari with Develop -> Empty Caches
I refreshed the page
I tried a private browser window

And I'm still getting the error "Can't find card-tools"

@peter-forrest you install the other component called card-tools? https://github.com/thomasloven/lovelace-card-tools

This is a requirement for this card to work 😉
