To Reproduce
In right-click on Windows desktop. Choose Personalize. Click on Themes. Select one of the dark themes. Observe behavior in Powertab Editor.

Thanks, that is indeed very hard to read. Perhaps we can switch to lighter icons if we identify a dark theme
