Add support for Deno runtime

Hello Dev(s),

We have an application which is configured to run using both node and deno, but the pub/sub client only receives events when its running in Node.js. Any plans to add Deno support on this library?

Hi @ratulsaha2025, thanks for reporting the issue. I don't have plans to support Deno but if someone were to make a PR I could look into it.
In the meantime, I will rename the issue to make it clear and keep it open.
