Allow selecting parts of a slider (e.g. for hitsounding)

Switching between different banks for slider heads/ends is quite a pain as you have to type in the bank name in the hitsound menu every time. It would be better if either:

1. You could select the slider end and then use Shift + R or whatever
2. Make the text box for selecting the sample bank a drop-down, or have buttons for the different banks like the hitsounds.
