As with cycling up a big hill, when you have been pushing hard at work then sike time should be set aside for recovery

As with any exercise, regularly practicing recovery will build your stamina and make future recovery more effective.

Pushing too hard without enough time to recover will steadily build up fatigue.

Without tike to recover from more intense work, the mind and body will burn-out.
