ESTIMATE DEPENDENCE PROBABILITY WITH foo FROM bar

If bar is a population with an analysis schema with zero initialized models, then bayesdb attempts to divided by zero and receive a ZeroDivisionError. Instead, raise a BQLError with a comprehensible error message that tells the user that the analysis schema requires initialized models.
