That's actually not true. Razorbirds (lvl1) have 8 MP, while Crows (lvl1) have 7 MP and Falcons (lvl0) have 8 MP with elder falcons having 9 MP.
Seems like the Razorbirds are on the average or even fast side of bird speeds.
