Can not run <anchor build --verifiable>

I wanted to build the project and try.
When I ran command <anchor build --verifiable> as indicated in the README, it showed the following error.

Using image "projectserum/build:v0.18.2"
Run docker image
Unable to find image 'projectserum/build:v0.18.2' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: manifest for projectserum/build:v0.18.2 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown.
See 'docker run --help'.

I have no idea why this is happening.
FYI, I installed docker and all solana dev environment as indicated in the solana dev documentation.
Please give me a clue.

I am also unable to build using anchor build --verifiable

Error: Unable to deserialize config: missing field `provider` at line 1 column 1

Could you please add [provider] before the line cluster = "localnet"? I added it and I can do "anchor build".

So, your Anchor.toml file should look like:

[provider]
cluster = "localnet"
wallet = "~/.config/solana/id.json"

However, kindly try to re-install anchor to a specific version (in this case, it is v0.4.4). I installed v0.19.0 and realized that it is simply just not compatible. In Ubuntu, I did 2 commands:

$ rm -rf /usr/bin/anchor
$ npm i -g @project-serum/anchor-cli@0.4.4
