Summary

Create a demonstration/tutorial in the documentation about how an app developer can find, download, and use the core protos plus Provenance module-specific protos.

Problem Definition

This feature will help app developers (applications that use modules) understand how they can get started using the gRPC client mentioned in numerous places in the documentation.

Proposal

Create proto instruction docs.
