Minor update to Contract History display

Summary of Bug

Some contract history details aren't being displayed properly.

Steps to Reproduce

https://explorer.test.provenance.io/contract/tp1lkn3dlfjy9w0g69xfe75xmlfmgknznqy7wk3xpm0naayflunyjkshs2ezu shows an example of this issue. If you visit the "History" tab, the "Securities" field is rendering as an [Object object]. I should think it would be easy to just display an expandable JSON element to show those details.
