Multisig members' account do not correctly/consistently display revoked credentials

Describe the bug
Members do not consistently displayed revoked credentials.

To Reproduce

1. Set up a multisig group with 3 members
2. Issue 3 credentials from the multisig AID. In my case, my AID issued an LE, ECR, and OCR credentials.
3. One of the members initiate revocations of the 3 credentials
4. The other two members join revocations using the wallet notification tab.

Expected behavior
Once joining revocation, all members should consistently display that credentials have been revoked.

Members have different states of the credential in their wallets because they have not joined the revocation exn message. As a result, the credential status in their wallets is not updated, meaning they do not have the rev event in their TELs. For instance, qar2 has not joined any revocation event, so in this wallet, all credentials appear to be in the issued state.
