Add a button to rename resolved identifiers' aliases in Connections

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add an option to rename the alias of each resolved identifier.
• Perhaps, a "Rename" button could be added just below the "View" button in the same manner as those in the "Identifiers" tab.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• At the moment, the alias can be changed by re-resolving the same OOBI URL with a new alias. This is not obvious for users.
