feat/guards in frontend

**Describe the bug**
Any user who knows the URL can access the page on the front (Angular).

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://ocm.gdgmalaga.dev/talks'

**Expected behavior**
It should be redirected to the login page if the user does not have proper permissions.
