Differences to replica

How does this framework compare to this one https://github.com/pkamenarsky/replica ? I don't quite understand the differences

They're similar but Replica provides only the virtual dom / diffing. Purview I think could be implemented on top of Replica. Purview provides state management, a different style of dom building, CSS, and JS interop.
