Taking a long time to reconnect to the server?

Not sure if this is because of firefox automatically backing off websocket reconnection times or what, but if you leave a purview page open for awhile and then start the server, it takes quite awhile to actually connect -- even after refreshing the page.

It's possible it's not sending / handling a close request correctly on restarts? I see in the logs some close request
