implement --version-option

many cli-tools support a --version option.

It would be nice to do:

> pyprof2calltree --version
vx.y.z

[pwaller]

I don't have a lot of time for developing this at the moment but it's a nice thing to have if someone wants to submit a patch, eventually it will find its way into a release.
