Clicking on contributor's guide box in https://docs.pybamm.org/en/stable/ redirects to https://docs.pybamm.org/en/CONTRIBUTING.md which does not exist. It should just take users to https://github.com/pybamm-team/PyBaMM/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md.

Actually, it should take us to https://docs.pybamm.org/en/stable/source/user_guide/contributing.html (which is the same Markdown file, but added to the docs).
