#2 pyros_setup.tests.test_ros_setup.test_rospy_imported_auto ... ok
#3 pyros_setup.tests.test_ros_utils.test_roscore_started ... WARNING: ROS_MASTER_URI port [11313] does not match this roscore [11311]

We probably want to use ROS_MASTER_URI if it is set ( how about other ROS environment variables ? ).
