Typo in nosy list hover text

Hi, I noticed a small typo when hovering over the "+" button next to the nosy list for a BPO issue. The text reads "Add me from the nosy list (remember to Submit Changes)" rather than "Add me to the nosy list ...". The text reads correctly in the opposite case.
