Background
In the work for the Dutch dataset, quintel/etsource#3301, the interpretation of the number of buildings was changed from the actual number of buildings to the 'WEQ' (woning-equivalent, or residence equivalent).

For most datasets, like the European datasets, this was already the case anyway.

Issue
The slider text does not indicate that it refers to the 'WEQ'. This can be confusing for users, as they then do not recognize the number of existing buildings.

Solution
Update the number of buildings slider text to clearly state that it concerns the WEQ.
