csipsimple latest night build no incoming calls when idle

I have tried 5 moto phones from android 6,7 and 7.1, rooted and original all with 3g data.

We have our own sip server (flex sip). When then phone is wake up we recieved the calls (zrtp, tls etc..) but with all the phones when they go to idle mode (sleep) we get a 480 error and no incoming calls.
When wake up the phone then he is able to get the calls.
i tried many settings like like
easy setting "Always on"
expert setting ==> network ==> keep connection ==> mobile tcp/tls = 120
stun on

Question:
What codec we need for 3g or 4g?
How get the phones stable and attainable in every mode..
