test with other repo hosting providers

Most use GitHub and that is fine, but we should test with other hosting providers including:

• sourcehut e.g. https://sr.ht/~williewillus/r16/
• Codeberg e.g. https://codeberg.org/oneirophage/wifi-qr-card

no problems expected

testing steps

1. create duplicate of a template in GitHub in other hosting provider
2. create template metadata file in https://github.com/racket-templates/racket-templates/tree/main/templates
3. call raco new
4. log any issues and note results on this ticket.

Currently the provider is hard coded to GitHub. As per my comment here #25 (comment) I'm doing a fairly significant refactor at the moment that addresses this. I should have some updates by the end of the day.
