Fix formatted_usage for namespaced Thor::Group #441

When defining a Thor::Group the usage banner goes all wonky.

module Namespace
  class CLI < Thor::Group

    desc "Does CLI stuff"

    class_option :foo, :type => :boolean, :default => true

    def stuff(arg)
    end

  end
end

Namespace::CLI.start

$ ruby cli.rb --help
Usage:
  cli.rb namespace:c_l_i

Options:
  [--foo], [--no-foo]  
                       # Default: true

Does CLI stuff

Since we are inheriting Thor::Group, there should be no namespace:c_l_i argument there.
