No top bar!

Hello,
I am using Gnome and The Gnome has a very fat top bars in windows, I know that on KDE it is possible to remove top bar from any program, but Sadly not on Gnome. It would be nice if you could choose to remove top bar for ever and to be able to move the window by clicking and dragging on an empty background (could be +SHIFT or +CTRL). The program could be closed with a default shortcut CTRL+Q, ESC, Q or ALT+F4. I think I would prefer that this program would be like that by default so that people that have small screens had more screen space.
