Problem/Opportunity

secondary_mixer is missing in utPlayer config file for MTK

Steps to reproduce

No response

Expected Behavior

L3 dsAudio tests should run and play streams with the provided utplayer config

Actual Behavior

L3 dsAudio tests fail to initiate with error secondary_mixer
