Two-Way Binding of ViewModel Properties

Let's say I want to bind two ViewModel properties together. I can use this syntax and setup two one-way bindings. It gets very verbose if I need to setup 10 properties like that.

this.WhenAnyValue(x => x.Encoder.FileExistsAction)
    .BindTo(this, x => x.FileExistsActionList.SelectedValue);
this.WhenAnyValue(x => x.FileExistsActionList.SelectedValue)
    .BindTo(this, x => x.Encoder.FileExistsAction);

Is there a better approach?

The idea is that if one property changes, the other one reflects that change.
