Links in GitHub CI failures point to old RTD project URL

Now that we have a beautiful new default UI for RTD at app.readthedocs.org, I noticed that when a pull request preview fails, then the links that are generated by RTD point to the old UI at readthedocs.org.

https://readthedocs.org/projects/volto/builds/26991012/

Should be:

https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/volto/builds/26991012/
